These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Grill and Thrill's food ordering services. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

1. Service Description

Grill and Thrill provides food ordering, collection, and delivery services. We reserve the right to refuse service, limit quantities, or discontinue products. Menu items, prices, and availability may change without notice.

2. Ordering and Payment

You must provide accurate delivery/collection details and a valid payment method. Payment is due at the time of order. We accept card payments, cash on delivery, and other methods as displayed at checkout. Prices include VAT where applicable. You are responsible for all orders placed using your account.

3. Delivery and Collection

Delivery times are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. For collection orders, you must collect within the specified time. We may charge a delivery fee as shown at checkout.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

5. Liability and Disputes
