Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order in certain circumstances. Please read the following carefully.

Before Preparation

If you wish to cancel before we have started preparing your order, please contact us immediately at 020 8551 4329 or contact@grillandthrills.co.uk. We will cancel the order and process a full refund to your original payment method.

After Preparation Has Started

Once we have begun preparing your order, we may not be able to cancel it. If you need to cancel at this stage, please call us and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Refunds for orders that have already been prepared may not be available.

By Grill and Thrill

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to unavailability of items, incorrect pricing, suspected fraud, or other operational reasons. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.

Delivery Cancellations

If a delivery cannot be completed (e.g. wrong address, customer unreachable), we may charge a fee or withhold a refund. Please ensure your contact details and delivery address are correct.
