As a food business, Grill and Thrill operates under food safety regulations. Perishable food items cannot be returned once delivered or collected.
If you have received a non-food item (e.g. packaging, promotional item) that is faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days at contact@grillandthrills.co.uk or 020 8551 4329 with your order reference. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
If your food order is incorrect, damaged, or not as described, please contact us immediately. We will resolve the issue promptly, which may include a replacement order or refund. See our Refund Policy for details.
