Grill and Thrill – Account Deletion

This page explains how you can request deletion of your Grill and Thrill account and associated data.

How to request account deletion

  1. Open the Grill and Thrill app and log in using your registered account.
  2. Go to your Profile / Account section.
  3. Use the account deletion option (if available in your current app version) and confirm the request.
  4. If the in-app option is unavailable, email our support team with your registered account details.

Include your registered email address or phone number used in the app.

What data is deleted Deleted

  • Profile information linked to your app account (name, email, phone, profile image).
  • Saved addresses and related preference data.
  • App-side personal settings associated with your customer profile.

What data may be retained Retention

  • Order and transaction records may be retained for legal, tax, accounting, anti-fraud, and dispute resolution obligations.
  • Security logs and compliance records may be retained for up to 90 days after the deletion request is completed.

Retained records are limited to what is required by applicable law and legitimate business compliance obligations.

Processing timeline

  • We aim to process valid deletion requests within 7 business days.
  • You may be contacted for identity verification to protect your account from unauthorized deletion requests.
