Grill and Thrill aims to ensure your complete satisfaction. If you are not happy with your order, we will work to put it right.
You may be entitled to a refund if: your order was incorrect, missing items, or not delivered; the food was of unsatisfactory quality; or you cancelled before preparation began. Refunds are at our discretion and subject to verification.
Contact us within 24 hours of your order at contact@grillandthrills.co.uk or 020 8551 4329. Please provide your order reference and a brief description of the issue. We will respond within 48 hours.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. For cash orders, we may offer a replacement order or store credit.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind after the order has been prepared or delivered, or for orders that were correctly fulfilled.
